Abu Huraira (RA) reported Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) as saying: A woman may be married for four reasons: for her property, her status. her beauty and her religion, so try to get one who is religious, may your hand be besmeared with dust.
Narrated ‘Aisha (RA): Whenever the Prophet (peace be upon him) went to bed every night, he used to cup his hands together and blow over it after reciting Surat Al-Ikhlas, Surat Al-Falaq and Surat An-Nas, and then rub his hands over whatever parts of his body he was able to rub, starting with his head, face and front of his body. He used to do that three times.
Narrated Aisha (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “Such a person as recites the Qur’an and masters it by heart, will be with the noble righteous scribes (in Heaven). And such a person exerts himself to learn the Qur’an by heart, and recites it with great difficulty, will have a double reward.”
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) said: “If any one of you improve (follows strictly) his Islamic religion then his good deeds will be rewarded ten times to seven hundred times for each good deed and a bad deed will be recorded as it is.”
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar (RA): That the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “If anyone of you is invited to a wedding feast, let him accept.”
It was narrated from Ibn Abbas (RA) that: the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “There is nothing like marriage, for two who love one another.”
Narrated Anas (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to say, “O Allah! Our Lord! Give us in this world that, which is good and in the Hereafter that, which is good and save us from the torment of the Fire.”
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “If Allah loves a person, He calls Gabriel saying: ‘Allah loves so and so; O Gabriel, love him.’ Gabriel would love him, and then Gabriel would make an announcement among the residents of the Heaven, ‘Allah loves so-and-so, therefore, you should love him also.’ So, all the residents of the Heavens would love him and then he is granted the pleasure of the people of the earth.”
Abu Hurayra (RA) reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him), said, “The worst of my community are those who speak a lot, those who are diffuse in speech and those who fill their mouth with words. The best of my community are the best of them in character.”
Narrated Anas: The Prophet (peace be upon him) slaughtered two rams, black and white in color (as sacrifices), and I saw him putting his foot on their sides and mentioning Allah’s Name and Takbir (Allahu Akbar). Then he slaughtered them with his own hands.
